Friday, December 2, 2022 - A transformative wine. Mineral, rocks on aroma but unlike last bottle from 10 years ago, the flavor profile developed a rounder, fuller fruit forwardness to it. It isn't soft but much softer than my first bottle drank in 2010. Very different at 20 years of age. One that belongs on the bucket list.
