Saturday, December 3, 2022 - Splash decanted from magnum, drank 2 good-sizes glasses over 2 hours, mostly with prime sirloin. The palate is lively with raspberry, plum, blueberry, red flowers, tangy acid and a bit of rich earth. This a real crowd pleaser cabernet that is tasty without being profound.
