Sunday, December 11, 2022 - Drank over two evenings. First night with NY strip and Brazilian style beans. Dark fruit and coffee on the nose. Dark fruit, chocolate, and spice on the palate, with long finish and soft tannins. Mouth watering.
Second night the tannins were more present and fruit less so, but still quite nice. No need to consume this yet as it seems balanced enough to continue to evolve nicely, but very tasty now.
