Community Tasting Note

Sunday, December 11, 2022 - Decanted 1.5 hours ahead of first tasting. As expected this wine was opened several years ahead of when it should, but being new to Top we wanted to get a glimpse into the future
Well balanced with a big style for Grenache. The wine evolved over dinner and was really smooth and delicious by the last sip 4 hours after opening.

Suggest that this be cellared until +/-2025 and beyond for optimal performance.
