Saturday, December 24, 2022 - From a magnum with a good closure. Very slight bricking up with a narrow clear rim. Nose is pure VA as ever with Musar - nail varnish remover - but in a good way! Very full bodied with a definite Carignan twist - the previous reviews reference port and I get that, but there is a residual acidity that sees it through. Soft tannin and nice long finish.
