Tuesday, December 27, 2022 - Pale ruby in the glass. Some stemmy vibes on the nose complemented by red berry fruit, red plum, hibiscus and a twirl of licorice. Medium weight with a strong grip of tannins and high acidity. Has a great finesse, almost like silk. Love this producer, but this is damn young. Not even close to how enjoyable it can be.
