Saturday, December 31, 2022 - Clear dark red, in the nose scent of dark berries including blackberry on opening developing addition of more peppery scent later, on the palate clear blackberry and dark fruit including clearly notable hermitage taste - quite oneof the aha moments of life once having nicked a grape on the hill only to realize that unmistakably same taste in the wine. Later on the wine developed more dry notes, and some pepper on the palate to. Not the longest, but quite nice.
