Monday, January 9, 2023 - What to say about a young wine like this? Most either love it or hate it. The color is almost that of an orange wine, and there is noticeable tannin on the palate. I often wonder how Manfred gets the whole tropical, mango, passion fruit nose out of his whites. Is there a gimmick? Crowd pleaser and always a "wow" wine among California fans. Will open the next one in a decade or so.
