Friday, January 13, 2023 - This was really nice with it without food. It had the usual density of texture and bright acidity along with a core of limestone like minerals and a saline finish. Mixed orchard, tropical and stone fruit wiyh a touch of lime zest on the finish. Very broad, elegant and complete.
