Monday, January 16, 2023 - This needed 1+ hours of air to shine. Dark red, nearly black color. On nose, blackberry, coffee grinds, black currants and charred oak. Full body, medium acidity/tannins and long finish. Palate flavor profile consistent with nose. 91+ range. Needs 2-3 years but good if you decant for 2+ hours now.
