Thursday, January 19, 2023 - Eupsychian Atariaxia. Which basically means calming yourself towards a higher mind. Aged Boysenberry,, concorde, barnyard. Started out funky. 2 hours in the decanted fixed that. Overall we loved it. It was a magnum and we had a great steak dinner with it!
