Thursday, January 19, 2023 - Dinner at Hermosa (Chicago, IL): Very good for Agrapart -- I like the wines more in ripe vintages because they tend to fill out more and this bottle bears that out. Definitely still a very lean style, but there's more fruit and breadth on the palate, coupled with that lean acid cut. I do like the intensity of the chalky finish here.
