Wednesday, January 25, 2023 - Pop and pour. Drunk over a couple nights. Limpid golden color. Flinty and fresh on the nose with citrus more than orchard fruit, stone, and florals. Midweighted at most yet intense and toothsome. More of the same fruit and soil character on the palate. this is focused deep yet lifted and seemingly conveying its power with a sense grace and subtlety. Nothing really stands out, it's just a cohesive, serious yet playfully easy to drink. Day two this gained some focus and depth. I adore this bottling. Still youthfully delicious.
