Saturday, January 28, 2023 - Pop and pour, benchmarking. On the nose: soft flinty reduction plays surprisingly well with the sweet apple, citrus. On the palate: soft acidity in the foreground, lacking tension, but lovely density. Acidity picks up on the chalky and white-pepper close.
