Thursday, February 2, 2023 - A very elegant take on xinomavro from Amyndeo. Red fruit, flowers and tomato dominate the nose. Tannins are silky and elegant but the acidity is electrifying in a good way leading to a long and pleasant aftertaste. Not sure if I like this better than the classic Naousa bottlings. It is definitely tasty and balanced but lacks personality imo.
