Saturday, February 4, 2023 - On the nose: Cherry dominates with some red fruit (raspberry cranberry). Hint of undergrowth.

Palate: sour cherries. Red fruits (cranberry maybe raspberry). Bit of vanilla. Nice *hint* of barnyard/ undergrowth. And at the end a bit of sweetness
