Sunday, February 5, 2023 - Bottle 1302g. Moderately intense aromas of red cherry and strawberry, with a light herbal note. Dry, with elevated fresh acidity, just medium-bodied, 12.5°, moderate but gentle grippy tannins. Hard to find Burgundies with this kind of cool climate character nowadays.
Wild mushrooms with spinach, bulgur and dukkah. I think the sumac will chime with this.
