Thursday, February 9, 2023 - Needed three hours of decant to blossom. Very elegant but powerful at the same time. The extraction is masterfully balanced. Mourvedre fruit with some smoke and underwood. Very long finish. Slight tertiary notes coming through but mainly fruity. Good to drink now but will for sure improve over the next decade. Mext bottle in five years.
