Friday, February 10, 2023 - PnP. Pale metallic yellow, fine mousse. Distinct and focused bouquet, mature notes, apples, citrus and more. Same goes for the palate, h+A, m-B, some dosage but it is balanced well by the acidity, long elegant finish. Drink now-onwards. Really high quality
