Tuesday, February 14, 2023 - Very nice entry level champagne. Bright acidity with green apples and touch pear with also a round soft smell of brioche and touch yeasty notes.
It ends in a very very slight bitter way, but I would say it’s not offensive in any way rather gives it some complexity.
Very enjoyable champagne.
