Tuesday, February 14, 2023 - I love older sparkling rose, including this 20-ish y.o. example. Slightly creamy strawberry and orange goes on and on and on. Very slight cork pop, minimal mousse when poured, and just tiny bubbles clinging to the glass, but still plenty of shared Valentine's Day burps over the 90 minutes it took my wife and I to finish this one.
