Friday, June 22, 1990 - With MPL and BLR at Singer & Foy survey of "killer Cabs." Very dark ruby; attractive. Vanilla bean nose. (Plus matchstick?) A bit shy. Reminds me of the '86 Livingston. On the palate, its got dark chocolate flavors, lingering fruit. Lasts on the palate. Hint of mint and tobacco. Can be drunk now or put away. Very good, but not the best today. 5-10-16-7: 88/100.
