Saturday, February 18, 2023 - Deep, complex, intense aroma with notes of red cherry, red berries, cola, oak, spice. The aroma is incredible and my favorite part of this wine.

Acidic pomegranate flavor. Notes of oak, earth and spice on the finish. The acid stands out, but there are also quite a lot of tannins present.

This wine is clearly built for the long haul and is barely entering the drinking window. This will cruise in the cellar for many years, and patience will be rewarded. Hold.
