Saturday, February 25, 2023 - Good acidity - tinge of green? White fruit flavours; some creaminess/vanilla on the nose, though, on the palate, the fruit is well-integrated with the acidity. Oak-notes quite subdued. Delicious now, and will probably improve over the next year or so.
