Monday, February 27, 2023 - A northern Chardonnay, as close as Burgundy white can be in Israel. A 1000 meter hight vineyard in Golan heights region of Israel. Fermentation in barrels and 6 months sur-lie

Pale lemon colour,
Aromas of lemon, flint, grapefruit, and hint of butter, yeast and brioch
The short sur-lie period is well noted in the wine both in the aroma and the flavour.
Very elegant white wine, very round with good acidity.

Can be aged for 2-4 years more. but already at its peak
90-91pts.
