Sunday, February 26, 2023 - Wow, very nice aged Bordeaux. Years ago, bought a case of the ‘87, as it was affordable, I think ‘87 was a ‘lesser’ vintage. Cork broke, opened the wine an hour before dinner. So this is what made Cabernet Sauvignon Bordeaux world famous. Too bad I couldn’t afford cases every year since! Absolutely lovely wine, Yum! And only 12% VOL.
