Monday, May 4, 2009 - Very disappointing. A pleasing, light mousse but its effervescence quickly becomes insubstantial. There's a light, flowery mouth to it that quickly becomes cloying. Drank on the same night as the cheaper Taittinger NV Reserve which stood head and shoulders above this in body, depth of flavour and length.
