Sunday, March 12, 2023 - Brought to the dinner table at Melina by Jim Cahill.
A Golden/Amber honey color; intoxicating smell of mandarins, marzipan and orange peel.
High toned with a wonderful balance between sweetness and the underlying acidity. Excellent mouthfeel and weight on the palate.
Very long finish. Outstanding! For me the Wine of the night! I could have smelled at it the whole evening long.
