Sunday, March 12, 2023 - colour is v dark but clear. nose is restrained, subtle, with cassis, slightly dusty, a touch of green pepper, a touch of mint. palate is young and fruity and has some good acidic bite up front but it also feels like it’s holding something back. some good tannin (which seemingly grows in stature with air) but mid palate thru finish is a tad abrupt. feeling like this has all kinds of potential. hold at least 5, if not 10.
