Wednesday, March 15, 2023 - Drank for my daughter’s 21st birthday with friends. What a wonderful example of a well-made Cali Cab! CT drinking window showed to 2014 but this still has 10yrs more left in it here in 2023!
Very clear for a 21yr old and pretty tight and spicy on the initial nose. Smooth on the palate with alcohol and fruit, mentholyptus and graphite. It opened up after a bit of a decant (30mins) and really showed its true colors. Very impressive! I am going to add more Kenwood Jack London to my portfolio.
