Sunday, March 19, 2023 - maybe a bit past her prime, but still very good.
aerated & decanted, then left to rest overnight, then aerated once more. a lot of sediment on the shoulders of the bottle and cork.
subtle and mature, well rounded and alluring. each sip enticed us to have another.
nothing overwhelming about this cab. everything seamed in balance and harmonious.
