Sunday, March 26, 2023 - Ruby color getting lighter out towards the edge of the glass. Really nice nose: strawberry, the cab franc vegetal note. Tannins are very mellow, medium plus acid, lower alcohol, elongated finish. Elegant, kind of seems like a Burgundian wine (maybe that’s unfair to Chinon). I understand the JR score!
