Saturday, March 25, 2023 - Out of the five wines of the CDLR flight, this felt the most expressive of the terroir. With a bit of air the wine really had everything - integration revealing many detailed layers, from the Dujac signatures, the phenolics from the whole cluster, spices, the terroir, and fruit, all packed with a nice acidity to give it a beautiful levity that makes all of the layers just flow together nicely. Gorgeous.
