Monday, April 3, 2023 - To the extent we have a "house rose", this is perhaps it - meaning we get a few bottles every single vintage. Well priced, hits way above $, holds well for 3+ years. Nose strawberry, mineral, slightly salty, cranberry, herbal, creamy a bit. Palate balanced, with ample acid. Bright, juicy fruit, mineral extract driving a salty finish. Hints of astringent herbs toward finish.
