Thursday, March 16, 2023 - Garnet in color. Dark berries on the nose with floral and herbal hints combined with notes of smoke, wood and plastic. The palate says “Cabernet Sauvignon,” with beautiful, chalky, and smooth flavors of dark fruit, coffee, and smoke. The finish goes on forever. This wine slightly edged out the other reserve Cabernet Sauvignon wines we blind tasted at this event.
