Monday, April 10, 2023 - Gave the wine a long decant and it was excellent. Deep fruit, floral and a touch of wet earth and maybe a little barnyard to it. Wine exploded on the palate with perfect balance, wine got a little sweeter when paired with lamb and vegetables.
