Saturday, April 15, 2023 - Decanted for two hours. Some sediment. Took to restaurant and had with spaghetti Bolognese. Deep nose of stewed plum, black currant and graphite
Full bodied and velvet tannins. This is most likely at its pinnacle. Jammy and what a finish! Beautiful wine.
