Thursday, April 20, 2023 - A really good showing. The nose has some bacon fat, violets, freshly tilled earth and briary fruits. The palate is calm and even, with plenty of savoury nuance. There's plant matter and berry fruits. It is silky of texture, with moderate weight and very nice balance. Drinking really well.
