Friday, April 21, 2023 - Fantastic, really good Bourgogne copy with all the trade marks. Beginning to be a bit to oxidized to be perfect. Would not cellar it any longer. The wine looks yellow gold colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon, orange, raisin, mango, papaya, mineral, vanilla, light toast, honey and sherry. It tastes like lemon, orange, raisin, mango, mineral, oak, vanilla and sherry. The body is medium/full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.
