Saturday, April 22, 2023 - Decanted 2 hours in advance. Still purple. Rather harsh tannines and little fruit in the beginning and because of that the high acidity felt like even more. Opened up after second glass. Especially much more fruit in the mouth abd more balanced with acidity. Not expected but already quite a lot of sediment.
