Saturday, April 22, 2023 - Delicate, yet quite pretty and complex nose of strawberries, oranges, lemon, grapefruit, and just a tiny hint of melon. Nice acidity on the palate with more strawberry flavors, rainier cherries, and good intensity. Quite long on the finish. This picked up weight and complexity with air and continued to improve throughout the night. High expectations given the producer and scarcity but I have to say this was able to rival the best rosés I've had. 93-94+
