Friday, April 28, 2023 - Nose of baking spice and cherry isn’t prominent, it's quite subdued. Palate delivers a much more interesting melange of cherry, tangerine, roses, fresh flowers, and minty herbs. Acidity leads into dry, gentle tannins that show length but not weight, adding red fruit and leather flashes as it lingers. Ready to go - no need to age longer though it will certainly hold.
