Monday, May 1, 2023 - Drank over three days. Very good persistence and certainly some good years ahead of it. Golden yellow. Nose of green apple and beeswax. On The palate apple, peach, pear, green grass leaning towards hay, pebble stones with notes of honey and early signs of petrol. Dry and lush. Very silky acidity, well structured and with a long finish. Early maturity
