Thursday, May 4, 2023 - 2 hour decant in glass. Deep purple w/ magenta edge in color. Nose of creme de cassis and blackberries. On the palate: blackberries, warm spice, sweet earth and mushroom. Tannins are fine-grained, perceived on cheeks and gums. Long finish of dark berries and wood spice. Wine is exceptionally well balanced and smooth.
