Sunday, May 7, 2023 - Nose had funk with mushrooms, garrigue with damp earth in the background to start. The second glass brought the fruit more to the forefront with lots of overripe cherries and a hint of tobacco. Palate is very ripe and full bodied with lots of fruit, and strong finish that showed off more of the garrigue and damp earth.

Tannins were well integrated already but could age a few more years, this is a great value for the quality and also a very accessible bottle for all levels of wine enthusiast.
