Saturday, May 6, 2023 - Modern style, fair amount of oak imparting caramel and coffee notes over top of a luscious and slightly peppery red fruit core. Likely at its peak now, don't see it improving from here. Nice fruit, well made, easy match for burgers and a hockey playoff game.
