Thursday, May 11, 2023 - Slightly floral nose - a touch of orange blossom, perhaps? Then the palate gives a lovely salinity, followed by flavors of overripe orchard fruit. The acidity is odd…it starts out just rippingly high but then fades off quickly. Quite light in the body department.
