Saturday, May 13, 2023 - Medium straw in the glass. Nose of pear, green apple, and lemon peel. Bright, crisp, and focused with light yeasty notes. Loads of tiny bubbles that dance across your palate leaving soft nuttiness in their wake. Zippy and refreshing, this champagne is a winner! Paired with king crab legs, pan seared ribeye, and sautéed vegetables.
