Friday, May 26, 2023 - Ripe savory black fruit. Blackberry, black plum, black licorice, hoisin, cigar box, charred wood, Chinese five-spice, beef jerky, potting soil, mild menthol (more than eucalyptus), and faint tire rubber and green bell pepper. Deep garnet, barely beyond ruby color. Aromatic intensity: M. Dry. Acid: M+, almost high (and possibly acidulated). Alcohol: H, 14%. Tannin: M+, fine-grained. Body: M+. Flavor intensity: M+. Finish: M+, almost Long. Complexity: M+/High. Very Good. Suitable for aging.
