Yes, it is fruit forward, somewhat jammy, and redolent with new oak but there is no denying the hedonistic pleasure factor here. Who doesn't love chocolate and vanilla?! This is clearly made from very nice fruit and done so with care. While not exactly my style, with a brisket I've been smoking all day I think this will be fire.

With time, this does get sweeter and sweeter and is verging on cloying.
